Robbie Courtney, Founder of FINANCIAL COACHING FOR LIFE, is recognized as a leading authority on Personal Finance for Individuals, Families, and Small Businesses. His mission is to teach others how to break free of the “DEBT TRAP” and successfully transition to a life of fullness in learning how to manage their money so it no longer manages them.
Robbie is a graduate of Baylor University (1989) where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree Majoring in Communications. He worked for Worldwide Music Leader, EMI Music for 14 years before making the transition into his full-time calling of Financial Coaching.
After many years of professionally coaching others, Robbie Courtney made the decision to follow his passions and focus full-time on providing personal financial coaching and strategic life planning to individuals, families, Christian organizations and small businesses. Throughout his personal and professional life, he has experienced first-hand many challenges and overcome them. He uses his struggles and triumphs to help others overcome the challenges in their lives and get on the road to financial freedom.

Harvey Braden joined the company after experiencing tremendous success over a fifteen year period of business ownership in the wireless telecom industry. Since 1997 Harvey has coached employees and others in expanding their horizons and being all they can be. After suffering a ‘perfect storm’ of setbacks beginning in late 2008 Harvey began searching for a new beginning both personally and professionally.
Harvey shares: “I had made a fortune and unfortunately spent it too. I realized I couldn’t continue operating under the financial principles that previously seemed so normal to me…debt was just a way of life up to that point. The stress from debt had me up all hours of the night. It was clear that I nor my family could live that way any longer and I started to reach out for help.”
While beginning to change course Harvey came into contact with Robbie Courtney, Founder of Financial Coaching for Life. While receiving guidance from Mr. Courtney it became apparent to Harvey that the Financial Coaching profession offers a platform to help people in ways not found anywhere else. Harvey is dedicated to the company’s mission of building a nationwide army of Financial Coaches to further the Debt Free Movement that Financial Coaching for Life stands for.

They enjoy raising their two sons and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Erica is an elementary school teacher and the boys are avid soccer players.
